The Executive Director of the East Central Iowa Workforce Development Board (ECIWDB) is the chief executive officer reporting to the Board. In this position the Executive Director is responsible for the leadership, guidance and technical expertise in the area of workforce development for the local area, and staff support for the functioning of the LWDB, which includes but is not limited to the development of policy, procedure and record keeping systems to ensure program compliance with all applicable legislation and regulation including WIOA.

The One Stop Operator (OSO) Consortium
The OSO Consortium coordinates the service delivery of required one-stop partners and service providers in the East Central Iowa Local Workforce Area.
All Core Partners are members of East Central Iowa's One Stop Operator Consortium as of July 1, 2024.

WIOA identifies the entities that are required partners in the local one-stop delivery systems. The required partners are the entities responsible for administering WIOA programs and activities in the local area.
