    This report summarizes the workforce achievements in the East central Iowa local area related to WIOA.

  • Board - CEO Shared Liability Agreement

    This agreement outlines the individual responsibilities of the CEOs, and the board and their joint responsibilities under WIOA.

  • Bylaws

    The bylaws outline the purpose, functions, committee structure, attendance requirements, membership, appointments and other relevant governance requirements for the ECIWDB.

  • Certification 2024

    Once every two years, Iowa Workforce Development (IWD) must certify ECIWDB by reviewing LWDB membership, performance accountability measures and sustained fiscal integrity for compliance.

    WIOA requires the Board to submit a comprehensive four-year plan to the governor that includes local strategic planning elements based on regional economic conditions and workforce needs.

  • WIOA Required Partners

    WIOA identifies the entities that are required partners in the local one-stop delivery systems. The required partners are the entities responsible for administering WIOA programs and activities in the local area.
